Akiko is your personal branding producer. Behind every transformation is a producer's eye — for people, story, and image working together. For a decade in the film industry she coordinated casts and crews of up to a hundred, mastering how presence is built and how a single frame can speak.
That craft now serves leaders. As Managing Director of équilibre, Akiko shapes the brand, events, books, and apps that carry the company's philosophy into the world. Trained as an NLP Practitioner at NLP University in Santa Cruz with Robert Dilts, and in Tibetan Lojong meditation with Dr. Barry Kerzin, she brings both rigour and heart to the work.
